Beach Yoga in Pass-a-Grille
Join us on your beach towel as the Gulf soothes your senses. This class is open to all levels. Take your practice to the outdoors. We will move through each asana (yoga pose) with ease from one to the next, by connecting the breath to the movement. Starting with gentle stretches and moving through a sequence that focuses on alignment, strength and flexibility. Enjoy a refreshing swim after class!
Location:16th Ave entrance on the beach across from Hurley Park in Pass-a-Grille.
Facilities: Bathroom and showers located at Hurley Park.
What to bring: Beach towel (instead of yoga mat), sunglasses, sunscreen, water, hand towel.
Parking: Metered parking by the beach. May find free parking on side streets.
Cost: Pay online or bring cash to the class
